Antirassismus-Training (auf Deutsch)

mit Phoenix e.V. für weiß positionierte Menschen, 19. - 21. April in Berlin

In den insgesamt über 3 Tage verteilten 18 Stunden Training erwartet euch: eine kognitive und emotionale Auseinandersetzung mit Vorurteilen und Bildern im Rassismus; die Geschichte des Rassismus; Mechanismen des Rassismus; kritische Weißseinsforschung und Fragen zur persönlichen Identität; sowie die Vermittlung von Fertigkeiten zur Strategiebildung.

Den Trainer*innen ist es wichtig, dass alle Teilnehmenden von Anfang bis Ende des Trainings dabei sind.

Um das Training unabhängig von finanziellen Möglichkeiten zugänglich zu machen, wird die Kostenbeteiligung in selbstbestimmter Höhe sein. Die Gesamtkosten für eine teilnehmende Person je nach Auslastung des Kurses liegen bei 280€ bis 360€. Uns ist bewusst, dass das je nach finanzieller Situation viel Geld ist.

Macht euch bitte in Ruhe Gedanken, wie viel ihr euch vorstellen könnt zu zahlen. Und denkt dabei gerne mit, wieviel oder wenig Geld ihr monatlich zur Verfügung habt, wie leicht oder schwer ihr Zugang zu finanziellen Ressourcen habt, ob ihr z.B. erben werdet oder nicht, etc. Es ist auch in Ordnung wenig oder nichts zu zahlen!

Um als AG finanzielle Sicherheit zu haben, wünschen wir uns Verbindlichkeit bei der Anmeldung. Die selbstgewählte Teilnahmegebühr überweist ihr bitte an XR DE Open collective mit dem Stichwort "Anti-Ra Training April" (z.B. im optionalen Feld "Name"): Einmalige Spende

Anti racism training (in German)

In the 18 hours of training spread over a total of 3 days, you can expect: a cognitive and emotional examination of prejudices and images in racism; the history of racism; mechanisms of racism; critical research on whiteness and questions about personal identity; and the teaching of skills for strategy formation.

It is important for the trainers that all participants are present from the beginning to the end of the training.

In order to make the training accessible independent of financial possibilities, the cost sharing will be in a self-determined amount. The total cost for a participant, depending on the workload of the course, is 280€ to 360€. We are aware that this is a lot of money depending on the financial situation.

Please think about how much you can imagine to pay. And think with pleasure, how much or little money you have monthly available, how easy or difficult you have access to financial resources, whether you will inherit or not, etc. It’s also fine to pay little or nothing!
