Auch in Gruppen unserer OG gibt es immer wieder Momente, die nicht für alle einfach sind. Hast du Diskriminierung erfahren, erfährst sie gerade oder fühlst dich generell zwischenmenschlich unwohl? Wenn du das Gefühl hast über die Situation reden zu wollen oder Unterstützung zu brauchen, melde dich gern bei uns. Wir können über die Situation reden und gemeinsam schauen, wie sie sich ändern lässt. Auch für scheinbar kleine Probleme haben wir ein offenes Ohr.

Es gibt 3 Möglichkeiten uns zu erreichen:

  1. Der Mattermost-Funktionsaccount: Du kannst direkt @xr_goe_awareness anschreiben. Von Vorteil sind die Vereinfachungen des direkten Austausches und somit der Lösungsfindung. Nachteilig ist, das du uns auf diesem Weg nicht anonym und nur über Mattermost erreichen kannst.

Von Vorteil sind wieder die Vereinfachung des direkten Austausches und somit der Lösungsfindung, aber auch die Erreichbarkeit unabhängig von mattermost. Nachteilig ist die fehlende Anonymität.

Wir können die Perspektive von jungen, weißen Frauen bieten und informieren uns zu Themen rund um Diskriminierung. Wir behandeln alle Nachrichten vertraulich. Wenn du lieber nur mit einer bestimmten Person von uns in Kontakt aufnehmen möchtest, kannst du den Namen auch direkt bei mattermost anschreiben.

Contact point for discrimination

Even in the groups in Göttingen there are situations with no easy way to handle them. Have you experienced or are you experiencing discrimination?
