Was wir tun:

  • • Du steckst in einer Krise?
  • • Etwas bedrückt / belastet dich?
  • • Du hast belastende Erfahrungen gemacht?
  • • Du möchtest Rat, wie du besser abschalten / mit emotionaler Belastung umgehen kannst?
  • • Du brauchst Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Streit oder Konflikten?
  • • Du hast ein anderes (emotionales / seelisches) Problem, bei dem du Rat / Hilfe brauchst?

(Bitte beachte: Da wir eine explizite Unterstützung von XR Rebell*innen anbieten, sollten die genannten Punkte / Schwierigkeiten mit deiner Arbeit bei XR verbunden sein)!

Trau dich! Jeder hat mal Schwierigkeiten und egal worum es geht, bei uns findest du für alles ein offenes Ohr und persönliche Unterstützung! Gerne können dich auch über weitere Angebote außerhalb unserer Arbeit informieren und beraten! Du bist nicht allein!

Was wir nicht tun:

  • • Falls du gerne Feedback (z.B. zu Aktionen, etc.) weitergeben möchtest, richtest du das am besten direkt an die entsprechende AG. Falls das Feedback unsere Arbeit betrifft, kannst du es natürlich gerne direkt an uns richten.
  • • Auch können wir leider keinen langfristigen Ersatz für eine Therapie anbieten. Wir unterstützen dich aber gerne dabei und beraten und informieren dich, wie du in München etwas passendes finden kannst.

Wie funktioniert der Soul Support?

Du schickst uns eine E-Mail, die von uns so schnell wir es schaffen beantwortet wird. Gemeinsam besprechen wir dann wie es weiter geht, was du brauchst und wie wir in Kontakt kommen (z.B. per Telefon, persönliches Treffen, ...).

Wichtig: Falls du dich in einer akuten Krise befindest, und alleine keinen Ausweg siehst, gibt es immer Stellen an die du dich wenden kannst! Da es sein kann, dass wir eine Weile brauchen um zu reagieren, kannst du dich in einem solchen Notfall immer sofort und rund um die Uhr an folgende Stellen wenden:

What we do:

  • • You’re in a crisis?
  • • Something is stressing / bothering you?
  • • You’ve made negative / stressing experiences?
  • • You want advice on how to tune out from stress / deal with emotional drain?
  • • You need support solving arguments or conflicts?
  • • You have another (emotional) problem you need advice on / help with?

(Please keep in mind: Since we’re offering explicit support for XR rebels the problems and other examples named above should somehow be related to your XR activism)!

Don’t be afraid! Everybody experiences difficulties and no matter what your problem is you’ll have our ear and personal support! Aside from that we are happy to inform you about other support offers that go beyond our work! You’re not alone!

What we don’t do:

  • • If you want to provide feedback (e.g. concerning XR actions), please address the regarding project team directly. If the feedback concerns our work as soul support, you are more then welcome to send it to us directly.
  • • Furthermore we can not offer a long term alternative for therapy but we are happy to support and inform you about how to find something appropriate in Munich.

How does the Soul Support work?

Just send us an email, we’ll answer it as soon as possible. Together we can discuss the further process, what you need and how to get in contact (e.g. via phone, personal meeting, ...).

Important: If you’re dealing with an urgent crisis and do not find a remedy on your own, there are institutions you can always contact (24/7)! It may take some time for us to react on your request so please don’t hesitate to contact one of the following institutions in case of emergency:
